So we do have a few limitations:

– The finished video can’t be longer than 20 minutes. (But you can purchase our Extended Duration package)

– We can’t record voice overs.

– We can’t provide complex 2D & 3D animations here.

– We can’t do wedding videos.

Our turnaround time is 48 hours. And our revisions take 24 hours

Our standard turnaround time for Logo Animation is 48 hours and for Promo Animation is 72 hours. In case of fast delivery you can avail our Express delivery add-on package with delivery in 24 hours for logo animation service and 48 hours for Promo Animation.

Yes, we are glad to serve you best with our service. You get unlimited Video Trims as our editors are quick and responsive. The point to be noted is that our turnaround time is 48 hours and our revisions take 24 hours, so the final deliverables frequency depends on the number of video requests and frequency of revisions. Above all we can only work on one video at a time. But feel free to upload 2,3,4 videos to us. We’ll create a queue and start editing next once the first video is completed.

Our editors are efficient in using multiple video editing softwares depending on the requirement of videos. For now our editors exclusively use FCP X, FCP 7, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects to ensure delivering high quality videos.

Yes, you can upload Logo Template up to 20 seconds and up to 2 minutes for Promo Template editing. But you can subscribe to our add on service of extended duration of template editing.

We are working in the GMT +5.30 time zone (INDIA), Monday to Saturday, 9AM TO 7PM.
Above all, in case of urgency you can subscribe to our Express Delivery “add-on service”.

Yes we can. And positively we are not charging for multiple social media formats.

Normally, we edit the video in standard format 16:9 unless you specify during video request. But for other social media video formats like Instagram, facebook, Twitter, this may take another 24hours for these different versions.

Yes, We at VidTrims support colour grading services but at a basic level. We fix exposure problems, tone your footage, balance the colour of videos etc. We can’t entertain complex gradings.

Moreover, our client-servicing is also people who have dealt with a variety of clients and would be all too happy to help you out for any queries with relation to video editing. Yes, we do have provisions for B-roll to be added in the video on your request. Speaking on Music, we have access to a large set of royalty-free music for your videos. All these are included in each of our plans given.

Once you purchase your subscription, you will receive a confirmation mail with Invoice details. Within 24 hours you will receive mail of client login Id & Password, and Dropbox storage link as per selected services plans. All you have to do is to login in your client-editor portal and you’ll be directed to fill the “Video Request Form” or “After Effect Template Form” where you’ll be able to submit your first request!
Beyond that, in the shared Dropbox Storage Link you’ll be able to submit videos raw footage, brand aesthetics such as logo, tagline, others, and download the final videos from your account. You can also share your feedback into your account.

After the payment, you have to login into our client–editor portal. There you just need to complete a few questions about your brand and style of video. We will then match you with your editor and send you a confirmation mail of starting the project. You’re all set up and from on just…
Follow the three steps
  1. Upload video raw footage or Template to Dropbox.
  2. Sign In into you Client Login Portal
  3. Complete your video request or After Effect request form inside the Portal. Your dedicated Editor will take that card from there and you will see it going from different phases of editing, Assigned → In Progress → In Review → Approved → Completed.
As soon as our editor is done with your video, you will get an email from our system with a download link to the video. There you can ask for any revisions you’d like.
